Another Ambitious Racing Game That Falls Short

Ghost Racing: Formula E is a hyper-realistic racing game wherein you can compete live against actual Formula E drivers. Other than the high-end graphics, this game boasts live in-game commentary of the car races. It also comes with an Attack Mode that boosts your car’s performance, your very own garage, and even a Watch Mode to spectate on other races.  However, Ghost Formula: Formula E aims too high for its own good. The actual racing is horrendous because of the control sensitivity, the game stuttering, and the strangely-narrow tracks. It promises realistic-looking graphics but come race time it’ll look like you’ve somehow switched to the lowest resolution available. This game only looks pretty at first, but if you want great gameplay, try other racing titles.
